Sourdough Pizza Rolls are not as hard as I initially expected them to be. Honestly, I can’t stop eating them. These would be even easier to make with a pasta maker or even a ravioli maker. Next, I am going to try making a huge batch of these and throwing them into the freezer to pull out a few at a time when I get the “MOOOOOOOMMMM I’m starving!!!!”
Start by mixing all of the dough ingredients in a bowl.

In a separate bowl mix together any pizza toppings you want, shredded cheese, and pizza sauce.

Roll out your dough and put little hills of filling all over the rolled out dough. This is the part where having a ravioli maker would be really handy.

Use your finger to put water between all of the little hills. This will help the two sheets of dough stick to each other. Roll out the second sheet of dough and lay it on top of the first and press down between all of the hills.

Cut out your pizza rolls and lay them out on a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Lightly brush them with Olive oil and pop them into the oven or air fryer until they’re golden brown. My food brush had some trauma… so it puts way too much olive oil on, ignore the excess and carry on as you were.

Eat them. Eat all of them. Don’t tell your kids you have them They’re yours now.
